  • Paradise EV LLC is not liable for any minor discrepancies or technical errors in product listings or descriptions.

Before final purchase, buyers are responsible for reviewing all documents, disclosures, and cart conditions in person or through provided documentation.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, Paradise EV LLC is not responsible for:

5. Warranty & Service

  • Used carts may be sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Paradise EV LLC is not responsible for repairs or maintenance outside of the agreed written warranty terms.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain their vehicle in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Paradise EV LLC strives for customer satisfaction. However, golf cart sales often involve significant customization and value, so certain products may have unique return rules.

➡ Golf Cart Sales

  • All golf cart sales are final unless a return policy is expressly written in the sales agreement.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the terms disclosed at the time of sale.

➡ Parts, Accessories, or Merchandise

  • May be returned within 60 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, new, and in original packaging.

  • Returns require proof of purchase.

  • Special orders are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

  • Refund time may take up to 30 days depending on payment provider.

  • Original shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
